Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a wonderful, experienced Dental Hygienist candidate to become part of our friendly, knowledgeable, fee for service, private practice, with 1 hour recare appointments . We are flexible with days/hours, but ideally looking for a candidate two to four days per week. At New Albany Smiles, we deliver an exceptional dental experience through our concierge dentistry model, tailored to each patient. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth in accordance with established protocols. Radiographs, perio charts, intraoral photos, and iTero scans as needed to support patient assessments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Follow strict infection control procedures using aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment. Attend and contribute to monthly team meetings Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Current state license to practice dental hygiene. Proficiency in common dental software systems. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
