Position Summary As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on maintaining lifelong oral health. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a modern, patient-focused practice. What You'll Do Clinical Care Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP) Conduct periodontal charting and comprehensive patient assessments Take and evaluate digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Identify periodontal conditions and other areas of concern, communicating findings with the doctor Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Patient Education Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques Explain treatment recommendations and periodontal health Encourage patients to take an active role in their oral and overall health Deliver a comfortable, positive, and personalized patient experience Team Collaboration Work closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive patient care Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture What We're Looking For Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Schedule Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with evenings and weekends free.
