We are looking for a qualified dental hygienist who is outgoing, friendly, prides themselves on their customer service and wants to grow both professionally and financially with a company. If this sounds like you then apply today! Our office is a fun and fast-paced private family practice. We are fully digital and stay up to date with the most current technology including ceiling mounted TVs for patients, CBCT, lasers, CAVITRON, 3D printers and intraoral scanners, provide a wide range of procedures for patients and have a very welcoming team. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. Attention to detail is very important and we are only looking for serious applicants. BONUS PAY
(based on a production goal) Responsibilities Welcome customers in the dental office and provide 5-star service Prepare customers for their recare hygiene needs Take all diagnostic records including radiographs, periodontal charting, intra-oral photos Advise patients on potentially needed periodontal and restorative treatment Administer local anesthesia as needed for hygiene or restorative Sealant placement as needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule future recare appointments Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories Skills Proven experience as dental hygienist (minimum 1 year experience encouraged) Accredited Registered Dental Hygienist Understanding of health & safety regulations Open Dental software experience is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Pacific Northwest Dental provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
