Registered Dental Hygienist

Our family practice in Sandy is hiring a registered dental hygienist 1 days per week (Friday 6AM

• 2:30PM ). This person will be working with the dentist, patients, and coworkers. The ideal candidate has a warm and welcoming personality, is outgoing, detail oriented, organized, and a team player. Our office is open Tuesday
• Friday.

Duties:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take digital radiographs and intra oral photos
• Assess patients' oral health and provide oral hygiene education
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

• Valid dental hygiene license in Oregon
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene practices
