Focus on patient care, not high volume. Typical hygiene appointments scheduled for 60 minutes . We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who values patient education, preventive care, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Compensation:
$45/hour+ , based on experience PTO available for long term part time employees based on hours worked. Payroll ran on weekly basis.
Schedule:
1 to 3 consistent days per week. Ideal candidate available 3 days. Hours available Monday to Thursday. Flexible scheduling available for right candidate. Location has designated parking lot Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) and scaling & root planing Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Take dental X-rays Complete periodontal charting Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
