Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist:

We are looking for a motivated and professional person to join our growing team! We are a high-tech, fast-paced, privately owned dental practice. You must possess 2+ years of experience in the dental field and have experience with Open Dental/Dentrix or similar dental software. Knowledge of dental Insurance benefit verification preferred. You will need to be comfortable with collecting copays, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and reviewing patient's treatment plans in detail for this position. We offer competitive wages, 1 week vacation after 6 months. After 1 year of employment: 2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days, and 401K at 3% matched plus year-end profit sharing. No evenings or weekends. Position Requirements:

High School diploma or higher. 2 years of dental experience is preferred. Knowledge of dental scheduling software is preferred. Ability to articulate. Ability to utilize a computer. Friendly personality. Work at an efficient pace and multi-task. Ability to follow directions. Reliable transportation. History of being cross-trained or willing to cross-train preferred.
