Pearl Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal charting. Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Take diagnostic dental radiographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment. Identify and communicate oral health concerns to the doctor. Accurately document patient care and treatment recommendations. Maintain infection control and sterilization standards. Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. CPR certification. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.
