DENTAL HYGIENIST QUALIFICATIONS
Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program Current and valid state dental hygiene license Certification in dental radiography Ability to conduct thorough dental assessments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient education and guidance on proper oral hygiene practices and maintaining optimal oral health Take and develop dental x-rays Perform screenings for oral cancer and other dental diseases Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as document clinical notes and observations Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment This Position Description does not contain an exhaustive list of all roles, activities, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the position.
