The Role We are looking for a kind, energetic Registered Dental Hygienist who loves working with children to join our growing pediatric team. You will deliver gentle preventive care, educate kids and parents, and help every young patient have a calm, positive visit — all in an unhurried, fee-for-service setting. New graduates who are eager to learn are welcome; we mentor.

• 58 per hour, depending on experience Unhurried, fee-for-service schedule — real time with each child, no production-mill pressure Mentorship and professional development in pediatric, minimally invasive, and airway-conscious dentistry Clear path from part-time to full-time as we grow 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays (after one year of employment) Free or discounted dental care for you and your family Paid continuing education and licensing/renewal fee reimbursement Uniform / scrub allowance Flexible scheduling and a supportive, family-first team culture Your Responsibilities Perform gentle prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and sealants for pediatric patients Conduct oral health assessments and review histories with the doctor Educate children and parents on brushing, home care, diet, and nutrition in an age-appropriate way Use positive behavioral guidance to keep visits calm and reassuring Capture dental radiographs following proper safety protocols Partner with the doctor on minimally invasive and airway-conscious care Maintain accurate charting and documentation (HIPAA) and uphold infection-control standards (OSHA) What We're Looking For Active Pennsylvania dental hygiene license (RDH) A warm, patient personality that puts children and parents at ease (pediatric experience a plus) Radiography certification; current CPR / Basic Life Support Comfort with dental software and digital radiography (we will train on our systems: Oryx) Strong communication and a genuine, team-first attitude Pennsylvania child-protection clearances — Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI background check (required to work with children)

Schedule:

Summer schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-3:30. School Year schedule Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30.
