Dental Hygienist - Full-Time /
Part-TimeLocation:
Philadelphia, PA & Midland, TXJob Type:
Full-Time or Part-TimeSchedule:
Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekendsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including routine cleanings and preventive care.

Perform periodontal assessments, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling & Root Planing (SRP) as appropriate.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.

Review medical and dental histories and identify oral health concerns.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Provide patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with patients.

Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning.

Maintain appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards.

Compensation & IncentivesCompetitive base payMonthly production incentive based on adjusted production, generally 27-30%.
