Job Description

Dental Hygienist Philadelphia, PA Overview:
Our dental practice in Philadelphia is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, cleanings, and patient education. This role offers a four-day work week with a 3-day weekend, every week.
Position Offers:
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week) Competitive pay: $53-55 per hour (DOE) Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO) Paid federal holidays Health benefits Malpractice coverage included
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments Capture and process dental radiographs per state guidelines Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications:
Active, current Dental Hygienist licensure in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 year of clinical hygiene experience Radiography certification per Pennsylvania regulations Strong communication skills and a talent for patient education
