Job Description

Job Overview If you are looking for a small, family-oriented practice where you can connect with patients and create your own hygiene protocols, we are the practice for you! You can make your schedule and will be compensated for your production or a hourly wage from $43/hr. A 1-3 day work schedule with flexible hours in our existing schedule of M 8a-6:30p , W 7:20a-6p, TH 8a-4:30p Benefits include: 401K with match Dental care Uniform allowance Paid Holidays and vacation Gym/health reimbursement Bonuses CE allowance Must have current RDH license with x-ray certification, Child abuse clearance and CPR certified. Please contact via phone, text or email with interest or further questions Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain optimal oral health for patients. Utilize Curve software for patient management and record keeping-we will train if unfamiliar Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in room cleaning, instrument care, and patient interactions Review medical records and document to ensure accuracy, completeness, and patient safety
