Under new ownership since 2020, we've continued to build a positive, patient-focused culture while investing in our team and practice. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) One-hour hygiene appointments Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $40 per hour , with room for growth based on experience and performance 401(k) with 3% employer match 50% employer-paid health insurance Paid continuing education ($200 annual CE allowance) Year-end Bonus Paid Time Off We believe in rewarding our team with meaningful time away from work. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) CPR certified (required) Friendly, dependable, and a great communicator A positive team player with a willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable building lasting relationships with patients Local anesthesia certification is a plus but not required.
