We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a permanent full-time position . Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as indicated Take diagnostic radiographs Complete periodontal charting and oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist the doctors by identifying treatment needs and discussing findings with patients Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Deliver an outstanding patient experience through compassionate, personalized care Qualifications Active South Carolina Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Bonus 401k Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Modern technology and equipment Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with a healthy work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development Why Join Blythewood Village Dentistry?
