Why You'll Love This Role •$2,000 Sign-On Bonus•A beautiful, technology-forward office with CBCT, digital scanners, intraoral cameras, lasers, and advanced digital workflows A productive, schedule-focused environment where hygienists are supported operationally No late nights or weekends Strong support from Doctors, leadership, assistants, and front office teams A culture where hygienists are respected, trusted, and empowered clinically A compensation structure designed for high performers Leadership that values professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and growth A supportive, drama-free environment focused on collaboration and operational excellence A workplace where your contribution directly impacts patient experience and office success What You'll Do Clinical & Patient Care Responsibilities Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care according to clinical standards and company protocols Perform thorough patient assessments, periodontal charting, and hygiene diagnosis Identify opportunities for SRP and additional patient treatment needs appropriately Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Help patients understand the importance of treatment and long-term periodontal maintenance Partner closely with Dentists during co-diagnosis and treatment planning Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and support diagnostic excellence Maintain strong clinical documentation and accurate chart notes Maintain consistency in patient care, diagnosis, and patient communication Help patients feel calm, informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their appointments Support productive scheduling while maintaining quality patient care and education Maintain professionalism and composure during stressful or high-volume situation Operational Responsibilities Arrive prior to Morning Huddle prepared and ready to review the daily schedule and opportunities Review patient charts and schedules thoroughly before appointments Maintain schedule efficiency and minimize unnecessary downtime Ensure operatories remain organized, clean, stocked, and procedure-ready Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and all regulatory guidelines Support office productivity and operational goals positively Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities consistently Communicate important patient information effectively with Dentists, assistants, and office leadership Stay current on office systems, workflows, protocols, and clinical standards Help reinforce patient recall and long-term periodontal maintenance consistency Team & Culture Responsibilities Contribute positively to office culture and team morale Demonstrate professionalism, emotional intelligence, and accountability consistently Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, teammates, and leadership Support operational efficiency and productive patient flow Demonstrate adaptability, coachability, and a willingness to learn and grow Operate proactively while supporting office goals and patient experience Avoid gossip, negativity, or divisive workplace behavior Support a collaborative, growth-focused team environment Who We're Looking For We are looking for a highly skilled, patient-focused hygienist who combines strong clinical ability with professionalism, emotional intelligence, operational awareness, and a genuine passion for patient care.
