Our PRIVATE practice is looking to add one extraordinary Registered Dental Hygienist to the team! This individual will be excited about patient care, personal growth, and professional growth! We are a modern, locally owned, two doctor, technology forward practice. We offer many services to our patients including digital radiography, intra-oral camera diagnostic pictures, preventative and diagnostic care, implant therapy, periodontal therapy, and all general dentistry services! Our ideal candidate will be looking for a dental HOME and job stability. Duties Assist the doctor with examinations to assess oral health. Help educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans based on assessments. Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, probing and all duties assigned to the practice of dental hygiene. Stay updated on dental terminology, medical imaging, and general dentistry practices to provide informed patient care. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic. Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic or as a practicing Hygienist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Familiarity with medical terminology and dental terminology is essential. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality is required. Experience with medical records management is advantageous. Proficiency in using dental imaging equipment is a plus.
