This is a 4-day/week position in a supportive, team-oriented environment where you are not expected to do everything alone. We focus on quality care, patient comfort, and building long-term relationships with our patients.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and preventive care Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs Support diagnosis and communicate findings clearly to patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow proper infection control and safety protocols What we're looking for: Licensed RDH in Texas Gentle, patient-focused approach Strong communication and patient education skills Team player with a positive attitude Open to new grads or experienced hygienists

Schedule:

M, W, Th:

8:30am-5:00pm

T:

8:30am-6:00pm

F:

8:30am-3:00pm No weekends This is a set 4-day schedule with some flexibility for time-off requests and occasional adjustments.

Compensation & Benefits:
