Job Description

Why Hygienists Choose Us:
1-hour adult prophylaxis appointments 2 hours for 2 quadrants of SRP dentscribe to write your notes for you Airway-focused dentistry Strong emphasis on patient education & communication Improving systems, clear expectations, and supportive leadership Modern technology (and will be adding more for the right candidate) Hygiene Proposal I'm offering something very unique to my patients but this requires that I work with excellent people. Currently the office has a backload of hygiene and we are waiting for the right candidate to help us. Hygiene sets the schedule in a dental office. The office hours are 7-3 M-TH with 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for tear down at the end of the day. In terms of pay, I'd like to offer $480/day (60/hr) as an initial entry point of base pay. However, I want your actual pay to be determined by 25% of adjusted production in your operatory. With this structure, you should be able to produce well past the $60/hr as the office grows and you become more established in the practice. Currently the office has a backload of hygiene and we are waiting for the right candidate to help us. The production bonuses here are labeled as shown below: 1) Prophylaxis (25%) ($71-124 per patient and increasing. Majority is $99. We dropped delta dental in December) 2) Fluoride (25%) ($51 so 16.25 to you) 3) Consumables (Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Rinses etc → pricing TBD after onboarding a consistent hygienist) 4) X-rays (25%) 5) Comprehensive Care reports (25% of $445 which is $111.25) → Requires pictures, new itero scan, T-scan bite, new CBCT at a certain position and quick extra exam with Dr. Reddy 6) Scaling and root planing (25%) 7) In-office Bleaching (25% if done in your operatory) The pay potential with this structure would match our incentives to make sure our patients are getting excellent care and ensure that you are part of an exciting career. The main thing you'll have to do is learn some of my concepts about airway, overall health and TMD. Then just share these concepts with my patients. PTO and benefits will be offered after 4 months of consistent work at the practice. These benefits can be determined on a case by case basis determined by amount of hours given to the practice. We also are starting a dental assisting school and there will be extra roles for my team members who work with me at the office. The opening date is August 27.
