We run a modern, fully digital office and are committed to building lasting relationships with our patients through exceptional preventive care. We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical excellence and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Position Summary The Registered Dental Hygienist provides preventive dental care, patient education, and periodontal therapy in partnership with our dentists. Beyond clinical duties, this role is central to patient retention and practice growth—helping patients understand their care, keeping them on a consistent recall schedule, and delivering an experience that turns first-time visitors into long-term patients. Key Responsibilities Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, and periodontal charting Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral scans Conduct oral cancer screenings and document findings accurately Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments Maintain complete, accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system Support hygiene recall and reactivation to keep patients on schedule Build trust and rapport that encourages patient loyalty and referrals Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols Collaborate with dentists and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Texas Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Current CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred Experience with digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and EHR software Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing practice Why Join Us We're building something different here.
