Frisco, TX We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, communicates well, and enjoys working in a positive and supportive dental office. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance. Perform scaling and root planing as clinically indicated. Take digital dental X-rays and periodontal charting. Assess patients' periodontal and overall oral health. Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive dental care. Review medical and dental histories and identify relevant changes. Work closely with the dentist to communicate clinical findings and treatment needs. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Follow proper infection-control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols. Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient. Maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and hygiene supplies. Work collaboratively with doctors, dental assistants, and front-office team members. Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical and periodontal skills. Excellent communication and patient-education skills. Friendly, dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. Experience with digital dental technology and dental practice-management software is preferred. Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
