We're a friendly, privately owned general dental practice nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive team, and making dentistry a positive experience, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide exceptional preventive dental care and patient education. Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and periodontal charting. Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos. Screen for oral disease and communicate findings with the dentist. Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and overall wellness. Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients of all ages. Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols. Work collaboratively with a fun, positive team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. What We're Looking For Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license. CPR certification. Friendly personality with excellent communication skills. Passion for patient care and education. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable using digital technology and dental software. Someone who enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel like family.
