We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our state-of-the-art, award-winning practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment that prioritizes high-quality, comprehensive dental care and exceptional customer service. Schedule:

4 days per week (alternating schedule) Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Saturday
• 8:00 AM to 2:00

PM Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth Take and process digital dental X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventative care Nitrous oxide (as permitted by state regulations) Assist the dentist during procedures as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with the dental team to deliver a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required) Strong knowledge of periodontal care, anatomy, and dental procedures Experience with dental software Dentrix preferred Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism
