Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, Biological Practice)

San Antonio, TX | 4 Days/Week (Growth Opportunity Available) We are a progressive, privately owned dental practice grounded in biological principles, airway health, and whole-body dentistry . Our mission is to help patients breathe better, heal better, and live healthier lives—starting with the mouth. We are seeking a full-time dental hygienist who values education, curiosity, and growth.

Position Details Schedule:

4 days per week

Hours:

8-hour clinical days Paid lunch hour (full 8-hour paid day) Opportunity to expand hours as clinical needs grow Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for a hygienist who: Enjoys educating patients Is interested in airway, breathing, inflammation, nutrition, and prevention Is open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn Wants to grow within a practice that prioritizes long-term health over volume A background in holistic or biological dentistry is not required . Clinical Philosophy You will practice in an environment that emphasizes: Biological and minimally toxic dentistry Airway screening and sleep-related breathing education Nutritional and lifestyle education as it relates to oral and systemic health Relationship-based, unhurried hygiene care Training and mentorship are provided.
