Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized oral care instructions
  • Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings
  • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
  • Valid dental hygiene license in the state of Texas
  • Associate's degree in dental hygiene
  • Proficiency in using Open Dental, or similar medical coding systems
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
