- we'd love to meet you. Position Summary We're looking for a friendly, go-getter Dental Hygienist who is responsible, self-motivated, and truly personable
- someone who takes pride in providing excellent care with a smile. You'll work alongside a supportive team of doctors, hygienists and staff to deliver outstanding preventive care and help our patients achieve lasting oral health. Experience with double hygiene assisting is a plus, as our team works efficiently together to keep patient care moving smoothly throughout the day. Schedule Wednesday
Thursday:
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with regulations Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the doctors Comfortably support double hygiene assisting to keep the schedule flowing Patient Education Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Discuss treatment plans and reinforce the doctors' recommendations Provide clear, friendly post-treatment care instructions Clinical Support & Compliance Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory cleanliness Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient, positive patient experience Qualifications Required Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Utah Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to administer local anesthesia Preferred Previous experience in a dental or clinical setting Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software a plus but not required Experience with double hygiene assisting and periodontal therapy What We're Looking For Friendly, go-getter attitude with a genuine love for patient care Responsible, self-starter who takes ownership of their role Professional and personable, with excellent communication skills Committed to providing excellent care with a smile•every patient, every time Strong attention to detail and clinical precision Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Compensation & Benefits $40•45 per hour, based on experience Part-time, consistent schedule Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established, patient-centered practice Ready to join a team that truly cares?
