Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our vibrant dental team. As an RDH, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional oral health care, promoting preventive practices, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Your expertise will help foster healthy smiles and build lasting relationships within our community.
What You'll Do:
Patient Connection :
Build genuine rapport with patients; we aren't just cleaning teeth, we're building relationships.
Efficient Care:
Manage a fast-paced schedule without compromising the quality of care or the patient experience.
Clinical Excellence:
Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planing, and apply sealants/fluoride.
Diagnostic Support:
Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos to assist the doctor in comprehensive treatment planning.
Education :
Act as a wellness coach, educating patients on the "why" behind their oral health in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.
Requirements Experience:
C linical experience in a fast-paced environment (Fresh Grads welcom).
Licensure:
Current Virginia Board of Dentistry Dental Hygiene License (RDH).
Certifications:
Active CPR/BLS certification and Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) certification.
Soft Skills:
A professional personality with the ability to "allay dental anxiety" instantly.
Technical Savvy:
Experience with Open Dental and digital sensors is a plus. Why Join Our Practice?
