What You'll Do Provide gentle, thorough preventive dental hygiene care and cleanings Educate and motivate patients on oral health, hygiene and home care Perform periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Collaborate with our dentist and team to deliver outstanding patient care and an incredible experience each and every visit Build trust and long-term patient relationships through compassionate care, clear communication and active listening What We're Looking For Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A self-starting team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient well-being Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort Experience is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
