Requirements
What We're Looking For
Licensed RDH in Washington State
1-2 years experience preferred
Friendly, personable, and compassionate with patients
Strong communication skills & team-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive
Experience with Dentrix is a bonus (not required)
Laser certification is a bonus also but not required

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical care with generous 60 minutes to ensure thorough, patient-centered treatment.
Perform standard hygiene therapies including digital x-rays and scanning, standard dental hygiene procedures, periodontal charting, excellent note taking.
Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and personalized home care strategies.
Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to maintain a smooth, supportive clinical workflow.
