Dental Hygienist 820 Ocean Beach Hwy Ste 110, Longview, WA 98632 $50 - $70 an hour $50 - $70 an hour We're hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you're a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Schedule:

Mon 8:30-5:00, Tues 8:30-5:00, Wed 8:30-5:00, Thurs 7:30-4:00 (1 hour lunch daily) Compensation & Benefits $50-$70/hour Depending on Experience Monthly bonus program Paid study clubs + CE allowance Mentorship & growth opportunities Health, vision, dental, life, disability 401(k) with match What We're Looking For Active WA RDH license CPR/BLS certified Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar Strong communication + teamwork What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal care Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions Build lasting patient relationships Use modern technology, including DentalAI Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team About Us Smiles of Longview is a modern, well-equipped practice that values preventive care, patient experience, and a supportive team culture.
