Job Description
Mid-Columbia Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in Pasco, WA. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is committed to improving oral health outcomes. Schedule This position follows an alternating weekly schedule: Week 1: Monday
Thursday Monday-Wednesday:
7:00 AM- 5:00
PM Thursday:
7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Week 2: Tuesday
Friday Tuesday-Thursday:
7:00 AM- 5:00
PM Friday:
7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct patient assessments, including periodontal charting and medical history review Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care Assist in developing individualized treatment plans alongside the dentist Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive office experience Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington Preferably 2-3+ years of clinical experience in dental hygiene Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Team-based and individual performance bonus opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern office with updated technology Opportunities for professional growth and development Equal Opportunity Employer Mid-Columbia Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
