Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $70
- $74 per hour
$5,000 sign-on bonus (distributed over your first year)

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday — giving you consistent, predictable hours that support a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Performing professional cleanings and periodontal maintenance, and Periodontal scaling and root planing.
Conducting thorough oral health assessments.
Taking and interpreting radiographs.
Delivering preventative treatments and patient education.
Collaborating on treatment planning with the clinical team.
We use Dentrix software and Dexis Digital Radiogrpahs.
We use lasers to enhance cleanings.
We use the Itero Scanner.
We work 4 days per week, but a rotating schedule. So one week, we work Monday
- Thursday and the following week we work Tuesday
- Friday.
(This just rotates back and forth.)
Appointment times are 60 min (hygienist can request whatever time is needed for SRP patient, 60/90/120 min).
New Patients are typically seen out of doctor's schedule not hygiene.
Sterilization Assistant available to help turn over room.
Requirements
New graduates are warmly welcomed and encouraged to apply
Active dental hygiene license
Local anesthesia certification (required or in progress)
Laser certification (preferred)
Commitment to continuing education
