Job Description
We are a thriving, patient-centered private dental practice seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Our office is known for delivering exceptional care in a warm, welcoming, and highly professional environment. Monday - Thursday Every other Friday No weekendsPosition Overview:
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a key role in providing preventative and therapeutic dental care while building strong relationships with our patients. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical abilities, takes initiative, and is passionate about educating patients and improving overall oral health.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophy, SRP, periodontal maintenance) Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting Take high-quality digital radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations Assist in co-diagnosing with the doctor and supporting treatment acceptance Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and positive daily workflowQualifications:
Active WI Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 1-2+ years of clinical experience preferred (but open to strong new grads) Experience with digital X-rays and dental software systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethicWhat We Offer:
