Job Description

Join Our Team at Mt. Calvary Dental - Where Community, Care & Teamwork Meet At Mt. Calvary Dental, you'll join a warm, locally-trusted practice led by Dr. Caitlin Biever — a dentist who grew up in the area and chose to serve this community with top-tier care. You'll work in a small, close-knit team where patients aren't rushed, technology is current, and your role contributes to meaningful, lasting relationships and healthy smiles.

What You'll Do:
Provide thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments in a patient-centered environment. Take and evaluate dental radiographs; assist in oral health assessments and charting. Educate patients on preventive care and good oral hygiene — you'll have the time and tools to do this right. Maintain accurate, detailed records and uphold infection-control and safety protocols. Be part of a team that values your voice, your suggestions, and your professional growth.
What You Bring:
Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license required. CPR certification. Excellent communication and patient-care skills; you enjoy greeting patients, building rapport, and explaining care. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care. Experience with dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft) is a plus, but not required. Friendly, professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
