SCHEDULE

Full-time outpatient dental schedule Flexible scheduling options available 50-minute hygiene appointments for patients age 13+ 40-minute appointments for pediatric patients age 4 and under Predictable outpatient workflow environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly pay: $40

• 46/hour depending on experience 70% employer-paid health insurance plus 75% of out-of-pocket costs covered Dental and vision insurance approximately $194 annually 3 weeks PTO in year one plus 7 paid holidays including 1 floating holiday $500 annual CME allowance 403(b) and IRA retirement plans with 4% employer match FTCA malpractice coverage included 100% employer-paid short-term and long-term disability $100,000 employer-paid life insurance Relocation assistance up to $3,000 for out-of-state candidates NHSC and Wisconsin loan repayment eligibility Optional AFLAC and pet insurance benefits

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education services Perform hygiene treatment for pediatric and adult patients Support comprehensive dental treatment planning alongside dental providers Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation within Dentrix EMR Collaborate closely with dental assistants, dentists, and support staff
