• Full-time We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team.

As a Dental Hygienist at Grand Avenue Dental you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our patients. This role ideally would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (4 day weeks) from 8:00AM-5:00PM. We are a private practice with one dentist and one other hygienist.

Your role in our office:

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• Take dental x-rays
• Perform oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in dentrix
• Follow proper infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure ideal patient care To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
• Familiarity with dental software and willingness to learn Dentrix, dexis imaging
