Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
As an Orthodontic Dental Records and Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in patient interactions.
Patient Engagement:
Associate with patients of all ages in a friendly and approachable manner Be a primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience
Clinical Tasks:
Capture radiographs and photographs as part of the dental record Acquire digital scans for accurate treatment documentation
Lab Work:
Fabricate retainers and other dental appliances with precision Work closely with patients to address their needs and concerns Pay attention to the small details that matter
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older This position is full-time - because part-time isn't enough awesome Connects easily with people and communicates like a pro — with patients, parents, and teammates Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it) Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment where no two days are the same Stays cool, collected, and organized — even when the schedule isn't Takes ownership of their work and can run with tasks without constant supervision Bring a positive, can-do attitude that lifts up the whole team Is ready to learn, grow, and pitch in wherever needed About Company We're a high-energy, supportive team that feels more like family than coworkers.
