We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our orthodontic team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and supporting a clinical team in a positive, patient-focused environment.

$17-$18 per hour

Non-Exempt What You'll Do As a Sterilization Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting our doctor, clinical team, and patients.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing orthodontic instruments Preparing trays for patient care Assisting with chair turnover between appointments Escorting patients to and from treatment areas as needed Supporting the clinical team chairside when needed Maintaining cleanliness of sterilization, lab, and treatment areas Helping with retainers, models, and other lab-related tasks Assist with taking and maintaining patient records, including photos and x-rays Following infection control, OSHA, and safety standards Jumping in to support the team wherever needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, positive, and eager to learn. Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is helpful, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are just as important.
Requirements and preferred skills include:
Strong attention to detail X-ray certification required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional and team-focused attitude Willingness to learn and accept feedback Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety Growth Opportunity This role is a great starting point for someone interested in growing within the orthodontic field.
