Part-Time / Contract to Start, With Opportunity to Grow We are building a luxury cosmetic dental startup in Beverly Hills and are looking for a talented dental ceramist to become a key part of our growing aesthetic team. This is not simply a position to fabricate restorations. We are looking for an artist and long-term collaborator who wants to help us develop a recognizable, signature aesthetic for our veneer and cosmetic cases. Our focus is highly personalized smile design with an emphasis on natural beauty, facial harmony, texture, translucency, anatomy, and the small details that separate good cosmetic dentistry from exceptional cosmetic dentistry. What We're Looking For The ideal ceramist has strong experience with veneers and anterior cosmetic ceramics and understands how to translate a dentist's vision, clinical photography, patient preferences, and smile design into the final result. Communication is extremely important to us. We want someone who is comfortable discussing cases directly, reviewing detailed photos and videos, giving their own artistic input, and making adjustments as we refine our workflow together.

You should be:

Experienced in high-end anterior ceramics and veneers Extremely detail-oriented with a strong understanding of dental anatomy, texture, translucency, value, and characterization Comfortable working from detailed clinical photography and smile-design references Reliable with case timelines and communication Open to feedback and collaborative case planning Able to maintain consistency across multiple cases Passionate about creating natural, individualized smiles rather than a generic "one-style-fits-all" result Interested in building a long-term working relationship with one growing cosmetic practice The Vision We are building a cosmetic dental brand in Beverly Hills with a strong focus on aesthetics, patient experience, and social media. As the practice grows, our goal is to develop a consistent signature veneer style and a close dentist-ceramist workflow. We want our ceramist to understand exactly what we're trying to accomplish when a case comes across their bench. For the right person, the goal is to become our primary ceramist for cosmetic cases as case volume continues to grow. We are especially interested in someone who takes pride in documenting their work. High-quality photography of ceramic work, case progress, and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship is highly valued as we build our portfolio and brand.
