Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician with strong customer service management experience to join our dental lab team. This role bridges technical expertise with client relations, insuring high-quality dental restorations and exceptional service for dentists and patients. Must have significant experience with dentures and implants.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for dentists and clients, addressing inquiries, providing case updates, and resolving issues promptly. Oversee case intake, order processing, and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients. Collaborate with dental technicians to maintain quality control and meet delivery deadlines. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding dental products (crowns, veneers, custom abutments, dentures, etc.). Manage client accounts, track orders, and maintain detailed records in the lab management system. Handle escalations, complaints, and service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Train and lead customer service staff, fostering a culture of responsiveness and professionalism. Work with sales and production teams to improve workflow efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dental Technician with knowledge of dental materials, CAD/CAM systems, and lab processes. Strong background in customer service, preferably in a dental or medical environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring quality standards. Proficient in dental lab software and Microsoft Office Suite. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
