This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving practice, working directly with doctors and clinical staff to provide high-quality restorative and implant solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital dentistry workflows and be proficient with CEREC technology . This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern digital laboratory environment while contributing to comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Design and fabricate dental restorations using digital workflows, fabricate: Crowns Bridges Surgical guides Custom trays Implant abutments Implant-supported crowns Perform custom staining, glazing, and characterization of ceramic restorations to achieve optimal esthetics and shade matching. Operate and maintain CAD/CAM equipment and related laboratory technology. Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accurate case planning, communication, and execution. Ensure all restorations meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Maintain organized records and documentation for laboratory cases. Qualifications Experience as a Dental Lab Technician, preferably in a digital dental laboratory environment. Proficiency with CEREC workflow is required. Experience with CAD/CAM design and fabrication processes. Experience with custom staining, glazing, and characterization of ceramic restorations. Knowledge of implant restorations and surgical guide fabrication. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compensation & Additional Opportunity In addition to competitive compensation, this position offers a unique opportunity to generate additional income through outside laboratory work. The successful candidate will be eligible to receive a bonus equal to 50% of the net profit generated from outside cases completed through the laboratory. Why Join Us?
