We are currently looking for talented and motivated Dental Lab Technicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a laid back environment. Preference will be givin to veterans that seved at dental technicians above all other applicants . Job Summary As a Dental Lab Technician, you will be responsible for quality assurance and control, case consultations, and providing answers to lab partners, customers, and internal staff. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all appliances meet our standards for fit, function, and esthetics. Key Responsibilities

• Proficient with Exocad
• Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail
• Operate equipment
• milling, sintering, grinding, etc
• design multiple cases per day accurately
• Read prescription included with case, design case as per doctor requests
• Use a wide range of materials
• metals, Zirconia, e.max(95% of cases are zirconia
• Dental CADCAM experience is required
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well with others while under pressure
• Implant knowledge and dental terminology is encouraged and a plus
• Previous experience with 3D printers is a plus Qualifications 2+ years proven experience designing crowns, bridges, and implants in Exocad Proficiency with dental lab equipment, materials, and techniques Strong attention to details Ability to work effectively within a team Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to a growing, changing environment Experience with CAD software mainly Exocad CDT certification is a plus, but not required Military experiance preferred What We Offer Paid holidays Week vacation CE courses 4 day work week Very laid back atmosphere If you are passionate about craftsmanship and precision, we would love to hear from you.
