This role is ideal for a knowledgeable implant technician who understands both the technical and clinical sides of implant restorations. The right candidate can review complex implant cases, identify problems before they reach production, communicate clearly with doctors, and help guide cases from planning through final restoration. Responsibilities
  • Review implant prescriptions, scans, models, photos, radiographs, and case records for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify implant systems, platforms, scan bodies, analogs, Ti bases, MUAs, screws, and restorative components
  • Support single-unit implants, multi-unit implant bridges, overdentures, All-on-X, full-arch, and hybrid implant cases
  • Assist with implant case planning, design review, and restorative workflow decisions
  • Identify fit, clearance, path-of-insertion, occlusion, passivity, scan-body, and component issues before fabrication
  • Communicate with doctors and clinical teams regarding missing information, case concerns, and recommended solutions
  • Work closely with CAD/CAM, model, removable, fixed, and finishing teams to keep implant cases moving accurately and efficiently
  • Support PMMA try-ins, verification jigs, prototype workflows, and final restoration QC
  • Troubleshoot implant-related issues and help reduce remakes, delays, and chairside complications
  • Document case notes clearly in the lab system and maintain strong communication records Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of dental implant laboratory experience
  • Strong knowledge of implant restorative workflows and major implant systems
  • Experience with custom abutments, screw-retained crowns, implant bridges, overdentures, All-on-X, and full-arch restorations
  • Understanding of scan bodies, Ti bases, MUAs, analogs, verification jigs, printed models, and passive-fit principles
  • Ability to review digital scans, prescriptions, treatment plans, models, photos, and radiographs
  • CAD/CAM or Exocad experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with both dentists and internal lab teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple implant cases at once
  • Ability to identify problems early and recommend practical solutions Compensation
