Job Description
We are a privately owned dental practice seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support high-quality restorative and prosthetic work, including pouring and trimming models, fabricating and adjusting appliances, assisting with crowns, bridges, dentures, nightguards, retainers, and other lab-related cases, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely workflow. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Experience with digital impressions, 3D printing, milling, scanning software, and traditional lab techniques is preferred, along with a commitment to cleanliness, infection control, and maintaining a professional lab environment.
