Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician in Muncie, Indiana. This role supports accurate, timely dental billing and assists both patients and staff. Schedule for this role will be Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7A-5P.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and apply patient payments
Resolve payment discrepancies
Handle credit card payments, credits, and account adjustments
Manage payer aging and submit electronic/paper claims
Verify demographics and insurance eligibility
Provide financial counseling and review financial forms
Contact clients to schedule payments
Appeal denied claims and communicate with payers
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented, effective communicator
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High School Diploma/GED required
Dental billing experience and/or education required
