Overview Join our dynamic dental laboratory team as a Dental Lab CAD/CAM Technician, where innovation meets precision! In this vital role, you will utilize cutting-edge computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology to craft high-quality dental restorations. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes by producing accurate, durable, and aesthetically pleasing dental prosthetics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced digital tools in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in dental fabrication. Duties Operate and maintain CAD software to design dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants with precision and attention to detail. Utilize CAM machinery to efficiently produce prosthetics from digital impressions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Collaborate closely with dental professionals to interpret digital scans, technical specifications, and patient requirements. Ensure all designs meet strict quality standards by conducting thorough inspections using tools like micrometers and visual assessments. Stay updated on the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology, dental materials, and fabrication techniques to continuously improve workflow. Experience Proven laboratory experience in dental fabrication, with a strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology. Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems used in dentistry, including software such as 3shape, Exocad, or similar platforms. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency with measurement tools like micrometers for ensuring fit accuracy.
