Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide responsible repair and installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner Maintain necessary tools and ensure they are readily available for installation and repair services Maintain proper inventory levels and manage parts and supplies effectively Attend all required training including Hiossen-specific and manufacturer technical training Comply with all OSHA regulations and maintain use of personal protective equipment as required Communicate in a timely manner with all team members and dispatchers regarding assignment progress Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner; review with customer or responsible staff prior to departure, including time on-site, work performed, parts replaced, and parts to be ordered; close and submit all work orders daily for billing Submit all job-related paperwork within required timeframes including FDA forms, expense reports, and other required documentation Comply with all Fleet Management Policy terms including vehicle maintenance and accident management Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required Travel within the U.S. at least once per month to provide equipment installation and repair services General Responsibilities Meet company standards for quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis Perform all work in compliance with Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards Adhere to company policies and directives regarding workplace behavior standards High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment repair/installation and customer service Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems Basic computer skills; ability to utilize company-provided laptop for work-related tasks Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different customer types Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload effectively Bilingual in English and Korean preferred Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs Must comply with company uniform and dress policy Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Willingness to travel within the U.S. at least once per month
Annual Salary:
$55,000 - $75,000
Car Allowance:
$230 biweekly car allowance with gas card, or company mileage reimbursement
Cellular Allowance:
$40 biweekly cellular allowance, or company-provided cellphone
