Job Overview Dental Dynamics Inc. is expanding and seeks new team members to join our growing organization. As a locally owned and operated dental lab, we provide exceptional restorative services to dental professionals in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Technician or Dental Technician Trainee, where you will play a vital role in creating and customizing dental prosthetics and appliances that enhance patient smiles and oral health. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in dental fabrication, laboratory procedures, and patient care support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Whether you're starting your career or bringing prior experience, you'll be empowered to grow professionally while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes. Starting compensation is commensurate with skill level and experience. For candidates with limited or no experience at all, the starting base pay is $18-20 per hour. There is opportunity for growth and advancement based on each individual willingness to learn and ability to apply those learned skills. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication of dental prostheses, crowns, bridges and implants with precision and attention to detail Support the laboratory team by preparing materials, taking measurements with tools like micrometers, and ensuring quality control of dental products Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with dental imaging procedures and understand relevant medical terminology for proper documentation Participate in ongoing training on CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and laboratory techniques to enhance technical skills Requirements Prior experience in dental assisting or laboratory work is preferred; however, motivated trainees with a strong interest in dental technology are encouraged to apply Excellent communication skills for team collaboration Willingness to learn new skills related to dental fabrication, CAD design, and medical imaging processes Ability to multitask and prioritize by importance and for efficiency Valid Drivers License Embark on a rewarding career journey where your technical expertise makes a real difference!
