  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our small, boutique prosthodontic practice.
In this vital role, you will help craft and customize dental prosthetics, restorations, repairs and appliances with precision and care, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results. A perfect growth opportunity for a person in the dental field with a keen eye for detail, exceptional manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials. An artistic eye would be a bonus as Prosthodontics is where art and science meet in the dental field! Duties Fabricate dental restorations such as dentures and partials. Use advanced laboratory equipment and materials to create precise dental appliances that meet specific patient needs. Maintain meticulous records of all laboratory procedures and materials used in compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards. Stay current with industry best practices by utilizing dental terminology and understanding the latest advancements in prosthodontics. A strong desire to learn and grow with caring tutalege Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, including proper handling of medical records and sensitive patient information. Sterilization of dental equipment and rooms. Proven experience working as a Dental Laboratory Technician or in a related dental laboratory setting preferred, but not necessary. Strong knowledge of dental terminology. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in fabricating dental appliances. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information. Experience working within general dentistry, prosthodontics, or ther dental specialties is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with other team members involved in patient care.
