Job Description

Dutchess Orthodontics is looking for a reliable, fast learning support person for our Treatment Coordinator. This role is both administrative and clinical, consisting of both direct new-patient care and behind the scenes support! Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive doctors and teammates who appreciate your experience Modern, technology-driven orthodontic practice Friendly patients and a positive office culture Opportunity to continue learning and growing professionally Competitive pay and bonus structure based on experience Four-day work weeks, no weekends! 401K & profit share Team building What We're Looking For Previous orthodontic clinical and/or administrative experience Willingness to learn and grow Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented with the ability to start and finish tasks within a certain time frame Ability to build genuine relationships with patients of all ages What You'll Do Welcome new patients and complete comprehensive records (3D imaging, intra/extraoral photographs and iTero digital scans) Process photos and upload in to our system New patient confirmation and follow-up calls Communication with other dental professionals to gather information Work alongside our experienced Treatment Coordinator as a direct support We're not just looking for someone to fill a position—we're looking for a growth minded individual who wants to be part of a team that truly enjoys coming to work every day. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
