Job Description

Overview We are a modern, technology-driven dental laboratory seeking an Entry-Level Dental Laboratory Technician . This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology, design, and advanced manufacturing who wants to build a long-term career in digital dentistry. No dental lab experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide hands-on mentorship in a cutting-edge digital environment. What You'll Do (Training Provided) Work in a fully digital dental workflow Learn CAD design software (exocad or similar) Assist with CAM operations including: Milling machines 3D printers Post-processing and finishing Support zirconia and ceramic finishing (stain & glaze) Perform quality control and final inspections Learn dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles Collaborate with experienced technicians in a team setting Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys working with computers, software, and precision equipment Is detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy Is reliable, punctual, and motivated Wants a stable, long-term career , not just a job Is eager to learn and grow with new technology
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow processes Preferred (Not Required): Interest in
CAD/CAM, 3D
printing, digital design, or manufacturing Background in technology, engineering, art/design, machining, or gaming/3D software Any dental or laboratory exposure Training & Career Growth Structured, hands-on training Mentorship from experienced technicians Exposure to cutting-edge dental technology Opportunities to specialize in CAD design, milling, ceramics, or digital workflow Clear path for advancement and long-term career development
Pay:
$21.60 - $22.53 per hour
